I wouldn't do this. I respect the time and sanity of those around me too much. And, to be honest, I'm too lazy, to go to this extreme. However, there is a part of me that extends this guy a hearty golf clap and wishes him success and vindication for his efforts.

While knowing Russian on LJ would be quite helpful, no such luck here. In truth, I'm only making fun of a totalitarian archetype that's dated and almost ironic in post 9/11 USA.
I think "yes", "no", and "please" are good to know in any language. If you plan on visiting the place, then "Where's the bathroom" and "I need coffee" are also good to know.
I know very little dimly recalled high school Spanish. That, and a few Japanese and Mandarin phrases are about it.
