A friend just sent me some phishing spam for my amusement. Occasionally it's so bad, or so obvious, that it's almost comical. He reminded me of one I'd recieved that was so ludicrous that I'd meant to post it.
I mean, it's pretty straight forward. Doesn't butter you up with a sob story or any other kind of window dressing. You have to admire the, um, I don't know what, actually. Wishful thinking?
I feel sorry for Nigerians. The vast majority are doubtless honest, normal, people. But none of the normal ones ever send me email, it's only from these guys. I honestly don't know why the scammers don't pick a different third world country to send stuff too, at this point.
