My recall of the story is vague at best, possibly because I giggled until I broke something.
My understanding is that at some point either right before leaving for Pennsic or on the way to Pennsic, Justin reallyreallyreally had to pee, rushed inside a convenience store to use their restroom, and when he came out, he was being yelled at and was 'arrested' by the security guard, because he wasn't actually a paying customer.
Justin is not necessarily a guy with whom most people want to fuck-- he's on the short side but BUILT, is a corrections officer, knows how to handle himself. He was amazing everyone by doing the, "Look, let's all calm down, everything's okay" kind of thing. I don't recall the final resolution-- I do know he got handcuffed at some point, just very calmly submitted to what was going on so as to avoid raising tempers any further, and there were real cops involved, not just the rent-a-cop. I'm going to have to get the full story again at some point.

And Sir Justin's not a nu--- oh, fuck, I can't say that with a straight face.
But I can say that I didn't actually camp with him! He's a part of the small contingent that camped down in Fool's Rest. NYAH!
