My brain does weird things with letter combos. Most are ok, some loose meaning, some refuse to stick and some really stick.
I designed a database at work once with a hauler table. All very normal and logical, except every time I type hauler it comes out halter. It's pretty consistent too. I went back to the database after being away for months, write a query from scratch; halter.
My current amusement / affliction, the word recital. It's currently lodged in my brain as rectal. You wouldn't think this would come up a lot in every day life, but in the last week I've been abused by it several times.
The best, however, has been in the brilliant comic strip Cul de Sac. "Alice, this is Petey's big rectal. Stop scratching yourself."
