Basically, some guy wants to put a rifle on his web cam so observers can blow away the wildlife they see.
Personally, I believe this is grotesque. I don't mind hunting on principal. If our population is going to thin indigenous wildlife anyway through encroachment, it should be controlled and someone should get fed from it. Dead deer on the side of the road make me sad.
A hunter gets to look in the eye of his victim and hopefully understand the role he took in it's life. I doubt some armchair maniac taking pot shots at anything that twitches on his monitor will have the same appreciation.
I was every amused by this, though. "He said an attendant would retrieve shot animals for the shooters..." There simply isn't enough hazard pay in the world to make this job worth it.
